Laminate Installation: $1.89 sq.ft

Hardwood Glue Down: $2.79 sq.ft

Hardwood Nail down: $2.99 sq.ft

Measurement: $50 initial deposit required which goes toward your flooring purchases or installation.

Moving furniture: Free for light furniture, Heavy furniture or lots of furniture will be quoted at time of measure

Demolition

Remove base board: Free

Remove and Dispose stone and tile: $2.00 sq.ft

Remove and Dispose Vinyl: $1.50 sq.ft

Remove and Dispose Carpet & Tack Strip: $0.35 sq.ft

Remove and Dispose of Glue Down Carpet: $0.45 sq.ft

Remove and Dispose of Laminate Flooring: $0.75 sq.ft

Remove and Dispose of Existing Hardwood: $2.00 sq.ft

Remove and Reinstall Toilet With New Wax Ring: $65.00

Remove and Replace Appliances and Refrigerator: $45.00

We will not reconnect water and gas lines.

Other Installations

Install Base shoe or Quarter Round: $1.00 lf

Install Stairs: from $75.00 each

Install Transitions: $15.00 each

Install at Diagonal: $1.50 sq.ft

Glue Down Cork Underlayment: $0.75 sq.ft

Sub floor prep and leveling if required: $60 Hour
